Because research materials may be sensitive to handling, storage, contamination, and environmental conditions, 309 Aminos cannot verify product integrity after an order leaves our control. For this reason, all sales are generally final, and returns or exchanges based on preference are not accepted.
Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact customerservice@309aminos.com within three calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
Keep the product and all original packaging until the review is complete. Discarding an item before authorization may prevent us from properly evaluating the claim.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined after reviewing the order records and submitted evidence.

If a return is authorized, instructions will be provided by customer service. Returned items must include all original packaging and materials requested during the review.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. Return-shipping responsibility will be communicated when a return is authorized.
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. We will attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
