309 Aminos works to process paid and verified orders as efficiently as possible. Processing begins after payment is confirmed and all information needed to fulfill the order has been received.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, or product launches may require additional processing time. An order confirmation does not mean that the order has shipped.
Available shipping services, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed during checkout when available. Shipping options may vary according to destination, product availability, carrier service, and order size.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Tracking information will be sent when available after the shipping carrier accepts the package. Tracking activity may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making appropriate arrangements for delivery.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being sent again.
Contact customerservice@309aminos.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
If tracking shows unusual delays or a package arrives damaged, retain the shipping container, packaging, label, and product. Contact us promptly with the order number, photographs, and relevant tracking information.
A carrier investigation may be required before replacement or refund eligibility can be determined. Packages marked delivered should first be checked around the delivery location and with household members, building staff, or the carrier.
Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages and storing products according to the information provided with the product. 309 Aminos is not responsible for deterioration resulting from unattended delivery, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully completed and verified before an order is processed.
Orders may be delayed, declined, or canceled because of failed authorization, incomplete information, suspected fraud, payment disputes, or other security concerns. Charges from banks or payment providers, including currency-conversion or insufficient-funds fees, are the customer’s responsibility.
Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or similar charges not collected during checkout.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be sent immediately to customerservice@309aminos.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing or fulfillment has begun.
